“With over three decades experience in the automotive industry, I have a passion for helping teams achieve their full potential”

A transformational leader with extensive experience in multiple settings globally, including start-up, digital innovation, matrix management, global corporate and consumer retail.

Jason has well-rounded commercial experience in franchised dealer networks and National Sales Company (NSC) environments as well as automotive services businesses. He has a strong ability to vision new ways of working, overcome challenges and deliver commercial results, as well as an excellent communicator with a proven track record of developing successful teams.

Additionally, he has an extensive network of contacts in the UK and overseas having worked on retail and OEM projects in Europe & South East Asia and is passionate about enabling people to succeed through a blend of skillsets, mindsets and toolsets.
